Who we are

PRAI is an Italian trading company active in chemical fertilizers. Building on decades of market presence and longstanding relationships across Europe and the Mediterranean, we combine commercial discipline with hands-on operational support. With a hub close to key logistics corridors and a daily market monitoring approach, we help partners navigate supply cycles, timing, and price dynamics. Our focus is simple: reliable execution, transparent communication, and long-term value for importers, distributors, and industrial users.

What we do

We trade and represent key fertilizer products for the Italian market, including Urea, DAP, MAP and Ammonium Sulphate, sourcing from major origins such as Egypt, China, Korea, Algeria, Russia and other international markets. PRAI supports the full commercial process: offers, tenders, contracts, and volume planning—always aligned with seasonal demand patterns. We work with importers, distributors and selected industrial consumers, ensuring the right product specifications, consistent quality, and a pragmatic approach to supply continuity throughout the year.

Execution & Supply Chain

Beyond trading, PRAI provides end-to-end operational support: shipping coordination, port and terminal interface, documentation, customs formalities and risk management. We collaborate with trusted counterparts across the logistics chain—agents, forwarders, warehouses and terminals— to keep operations predictable and efficient. When required, we assist with regulatory needs (including CBAM-related documentation where applicable) and help structure deliveries and storage solutions to match customers’ commercial strategies. Our goal is to reduce friction and protect margins from contract to discharge and onward distribution.
